SWEATY SATURDAY
Try CrossFit free every Saturday at 9AM. No experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Just show up and see what we're about.

BEGINNERS COURSE
Your first step into CrossFit. This 3-week program teaches fundamentals so you feel confident and prepared for CrossFit group classes.
- 3 weeks, 3 sessions per week
- New sessions start monthly
CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES
Coach-led workouts in a supportive group environment. Every class is scaled to your ability—all fitness levels welcome.
- Unlimited classes with membership
- After completing Beginners Course
Specialized Programs
CROSSFIT KIDS
Kids learn to move safely through workouts, games, and challenges—building a healthy relationship with what their body can do, not what it looks like.
- Ages 5-12
- Weekday sessions available
PERSONAL TRAINING
1-on-1 sessions tailored to your specific goals. Ideal for accelerated progress, injury rehab, or a schedule that works for you.

DROP-IN POLICY
All drop-in visitors must contact us at least 48 hours before their intended visit. No exceptions. This allows us to ensure class availability and provide proper attention to all athletes.
