HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PATH IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Start with Sweaty Saturday if you're curious but not ready to commit. If you're ready to join, the Beginners Course is perfect for learning proper form. Choose PT if you need a flexible schedule or one-on-one attention.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?

Just bring water, a towel, and athletic clothing. We provide all equipment.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?

Absolutely not! We scale every workout to your fitness level. Our goal is to meet you where you are and help you improve.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR LIMITATIONS?

Our coaches are experienced in working with various limitations. Let us know about any injuries or concerns, and we'll modify as needed.
