Your 1-on-1 Introduction to CrossFit
Everything you need to start CrossFit. For $300, you get two private 1-on-1 personal training sessions plus your first month of unlimited group classes — so you're confident before you step into the group, and you're already a member when you do.
What's Included
Start with two 1-on-1 PT sessions
One hour each, booked around your schedule. We teach you the foundational movements at your own pace — no group, no pressure.
Then join group class as a member
Your first group class is session three. You walk in already knowing the ropes, and your membership covers the rest of the month — come as often as you want.
Build the habit that sticks
Three days a week for a month is the habit most members keep for years. The package is built to get you there.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PATH IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Start with Sweaty Saturday if you're curious but not ready to commit. If you're ready to commit, On-Ramp walks you through the basics 1-on-1 at your pace. Choose PT if you need a flexible schedule or one-on-one attention beyond the intro.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?
Just bring water, a towel, and athletic clothing. We provide all equipment.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?
Absolutely not! We scale every workout to your fitness level. Our goal is to meet you where you are and help you improve.
WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR LIMITATIONS?
Our coaches are experienced in working with various limitations. Let us know about any injuries or concerns, and we'll modify as needed.
