Group Class: Our Daily Class for Members
Open Gym: A dedicated time to practice skills/make-up missed workouts, experienced members only. Open gym hours are subject to change and for members only.
Beginners Class: Our monthly introductory class for new members. This class begins at the start of each month, last the duration of the month and meets twice a week. (Required for all new members, exceptions may occur)
Sweaty Saturday: Our Free Class, Every Saturday. No experience or fitness level required.
CrossFit Kids: A fitness class specifically designed for Kids. The purpose of this class is get your kids active and help build an early appreciation for movement and physical activity.
